Game must be played at all times without Tricks or Devices of Any Kind
No Tricks/Cheats that are in the Official Blue Book are Allowed
Official Referee must Witness the High Score
High Score must be on the Day of the 'Competition' and Recognized by an Referee Official
All Players Must Pay 'Competition' Entry Fee
